Priority 3 - within 24 hours
Customer Satisfaction courtesy calls are made at the completion
of each job
Weekly service meetings dissect each job and the larger projects
have performance fault call registers and charts for analysis.
Our Complaint and Commendation Register provides a fast and efficient
method of dealing with issues before they escalate.
